Al Hibberd
FOUNDER & CEO
Al is an industry veteran of 15 years and has defined and driven go to market strategy for video games, live services and consumer electronics.
Running award winning campaigns for the likes of Meta, Frontier, Imagination Technologies and Wired Productions, his unique blend of experience, from AAA MMOs to intimate Indie darlings, gives him unique insight and the ability to connect with both your product and audience.
In 2023 Al was honoured to become a full voting member of BAFTA in recognition of his considerable contribution to our industries.

Alina Vdovina
COMMUNITY LEAD
A successful gaming content creator of 8 years, who then turned her experience and expertise to social media and community management, bridging the communication gap between game developers, gamers, and content creators.
Driven by her love of video games, Lina incorporates several disciplines in her portfolio. From promoting independent games from Wired Productions and Frontier Foundry, to working in-studio with KeokeN Interactive, Lina has not only played a pivotal role in building an engaged community, but also shaping a strong company social media image, attractive for both business partners and the player base.

CONTENT MARKETING MANAGER
Samuel is a passionate Content Marketing Manager with multiple years of experience in the games industry.
Samuel leverages expert platform knowledge, alongside market research to craft targeted content campaigns driving awareness and sales, and has extensive experience leading collaborative projects; directing team efforts to produce high-quality, engaging content.
A horror game aficionado, with tenures at Numskull Games and PQube, Sam has produced campaigns for titles including Tormented Souls and Pocket Bravery, along with producing content for his own channels as a content creator.

SENIOR DESIGNER
A dynamic and passionate Marketing and Graphic Designer with 8 years of experience, starting from Mobile Apps and IT branding for Mobile and PC gaming, a career journey that has been defined by creativity and an unrelenting passion for games.
Nashwa has played a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning and engaging content for different Mobile and AAA titles for industry giants like Meta Platforms Inc., Germany’s veteran game studio Yager Development and more, utilising expertise that spans across a wide range of graphic and 3D tools, including game engines, to bring her vision to life.

Joshua Rhodes
CONTENT CREATOR SPECIALIST
Josh is a games industry veteran with 4+ years working for some of the biggest games publishers, having managed creators for Microsoft and SEGA on titles like Sea of Thieves and Total War Warhammer. Josh specialises in paid marketing campaigns across tiktok, YouTube and Twitch, as well as organic creator program management and general creator strategy for titles big and small.
As a huge indie fan and rogue-lite expert, Josh has a very broad knowledge of many game genres, and a knack for matching your game to its perfect creators and audience through a great understanding of the indie creator ecosystem.
